This helps us keep you and your dog safe, and lets us reach you about your sessions.

The more you can tell us, the better we can plan for your dog. Everything here stays private between you and Sian.

Our training field at Glebe Barn Farm is on private, working farmland. These help us keep our place there.

• There is a cattle grid and a long drive down to the training area. With this in mind you must use a vehicle to attend the venue, no matter how close you live. This also lets you keep your dog safely in the car until your class starts.
• Please park where the other vehicles are parked, by the barn or field we are training in. Do not block the entrances to any of the barns or sheds, including the one we train in, and do not park inside any of them. The path leading through the built-up area also needs to be left clear.
• Please do not go into any of the other barns or sheds. They are private property and contain dangerous equipment or livestock. Please stay in the area rented to Pinkfox: the barn or field we are training in, and the parking area.
• I am aware the landowner or Pinkfox has the right to ban any client of Pinkfox from the site if found in breach of any of the above conditions.

Some of the dogs who train with us are puppies, some are nervous and some find other dogs difficult. These keep everyone comfortable.

• Please keep your dog on a lead at all times unless directed by the trainer.
• We often work with reactive dogs or puppies. If you arrive early for your class, please keep your dog in your car until the trainer calls you in to the field.
• Reactive dogs do attend classes, so please give plenty of space between each dog and do not let your dog go up to another without first asking that dog's handler.
• Dogs and puppies attending our classes and courses must be fully up to date with vaccinations, and we may ask for proof.
• Owners hold full responsibility for their dogs at all times.
• Dogs should not be brought to class if they are unwell. We suggest owners still attend without their dogs, as this helps the training continue.
• If your dog has ever attacked another dog and caused injury needing veterinary treatment, please let us know, as they may need to be muzzled when attending class.
• If we find the class environment does not suit your puppy or dog, we will discuss this with you and suggest an alternative training option.

• Choke chains, pinch collars and extendable leads can injure dogs or owners and are not allowed in training. Shouting at, manhandling or hitting your dog damages your relationship and is not allowed in training.

Children are welcome. This keeps them and the dogs safe.

• If you bring your child, or your child trains with your dog, you are responsible for them and must supervise them at all times. Carefully supervise your dog around other people's children. Please don't let your child approach another dog without checking with the owner that it is safe to do so.

We take every care, and it's important you know where responsibility lies.

• We make every effort to keep you and your dog safe during classes, but sometimes accidents do happen. All accidents or injuries must be reported at the time they occur.
• By making a booking, you accept that taking part in an activity with dogs, puppies, children and adults poses a risk of injury to yourself, your puppy or dog, and you agree to indemnify Pinkfox Dog Training for all personal injury, injury to your dog, and damage to property owned by you while attending our classes. You also agree to make anyone who comes with you to classes aware that they are also there at their own risk. Your vehicle is parked at your own risk; Pinkfox and the landowner accept no liability for any damage or loss.

How booking, paying and cancelling work for tasters, courses and private sessions.

• If Pinkfox cancels a course, we will offer an alternative date. If this is not suitable you will receive a full refund. A course may be cancelled if it is significantly undersubscribed.
• Cancellation by you up to 10 working days before the course start date: refund minus a £10 administration charge.
• Cancellation by you within 10 working days of the course: refund minus a £30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation after the course start date: no refund. There are no partial refunds or transfers for missed classes, or for 1-2-1 training sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Fees are payable in advance.
• You will receive an email confirmation when you book. It includes important information about your class, so please read it carefully. You must not attend a class without first reading this information.
• Please make a note of the date, time and venue of your class when you book, so you attend the correct one.
